Biography

Abinadab is the second son of Jesse and an older brother of David (1 Chronicles 2:13). He was among the three eldest brothers who "followed Saul to the battle" against the Philistines and passed by Samuel at Bethlehem before David was chosen (1 Samuel 16:8; 17:13).
