mil'-ka (milkah; Melcha): (1) Daughter of Haran, wife of Nahor, and grandmother of Rebekah ( Ge 11:29 ; 22:20-23 ; 24:15 , 24 , 47 ). (2) Daughter of Zelophehad ( Nu 26:33 ; 27:1 ; 36:11 ; Jos 17:3 ). Many recent authorities are of opinion that Milcah is an abbreviation of Bethmilcah, and is a geographical rather than a personal name.
